Zonex TR16

Description

Each TR low pressure unit is a two position, spring open, power closed supply air damper used on systems 5 ton or less. The 4 to 10 in damper cylinders are fabricated from 24 ga steel, the 12 to 18 in cylinders from 22 ga steel. Each cylinder features three rolled beads, which provide maximum structural integrity. The trailing end is crimped for ease of installation. Positive air seal is accomplished without the use of gaskets, linkages or set screw adjustment. All TR dampers feature 24 VAC, full stall motors, which do not require use of end switches to terminate travel. Each TR is equipped with a motor terminal board, which also provides a damper closed LED indicator. TR dampers 6 to 16 in offer an adjustable minimum stops of 15 and 30% of the total CFM of the damper. TR dampers can be paralleled to provide additional CFM capacity when required. Damper motors are easily removed for damper shaft inspection. Each actuator hat section is insulated to prevent condensation.
